Deepika Jonnala Appointed Front Office Manager at The Leela Hyderabad
The Leela Hyderabad has announced the appointment of Deepika Jonnala as its new Front Office Manager.
Deepika brings nearly a decade of experience in front office operations and luxury hospitality, holding extensive expertise in operational excellence.
Prior to joining The Leela Hyderabad, she worked with Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy One and Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road.
Deepika has also been recognized as Rooms and Guest Experience Person of the Year 2023 at the Accor South Asia Hotel Awards.
In her new role, Deepika will focus on enhancing the overall guest journey, ensuring smooth service delivery, and strengthening the front office experience.
