Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Amritsar has appointed Dhruv Mahana as Executive Chef.
The move marks his progression within ITC Hotels following his tenure at ITC Maurya.
With over 13 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, Mahana will oversee all culinary operations at the property, including menu planning, kitchen management and banquet execution. His role also involves ensuring consistency in quality, aligning offerings with guest expectations and maintaining operational efficiency.
He has previously worked with brands such as The Imperial, Atmosphere Group of Resorts and Radisson Hotel Group, with international experience in luxury resort environments. His background includes managing large-scale operations, pre-opening projects and high-volume banquet services.
Mahana has been involved in high-profile culinary assignments serving international dignitaries, contributing to his experience in structured and high-security service environments. His approach focuses on combining regional and global influences while maintaining consistency across dining formats.
In his new role, he will also focus on team development, operational processes and delivering structured culinary programmes aligned with the hotel's food and beverage strategy.
