The company's HMD Vibe 5G debuted back in September last year and we haven't seen an HMD smartphone launch since then as the brand has been focusing on feature phones lately. However, with the new Vibe 2, it seems like HMD wants to bounce back in the smartphone space in India.

A tipster on X with username "@smashx_60" has leaked not only the design of the device but its key specifications as well as the device's price. As per his leak, HMD Vibe 2 will sport a 6.75-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Unisoc T7200 SoC, which means the device will not support 5G as this is a 4G processor.

It will come with 4GB RAM and up to 256G storage which will be expandable up to 512GB using a microSD card. Next, the HMD Vibe 2 will have triple rear cameras, including a 50MP f/1.8 primary sensor, accompanied by a 0.08MP lens and an additional AI lens. At the front, it will get a 5MP f/2.0 sensor for selfies.
The device will run on Android 15 and will be backed by a 5000mAh battery with 10W standard charging. Next, the device will be IP52 rated and will sport a side fingerprint sensor.
Finally, for the price, the 4GB + 128GB model will cost Rs 6,499 and the 256GB model will cost Rs 7,499. However, these prices are like inclusive of any discounts or launch offers. We should know more about the device officially when thee company confirms the HMD Vibe 2 India launch date.
