The Tecno Camon 50 Ultra 5G features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 3D curved AMOLED Display with a resolution of 2644 × 1208 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. The panel supports up to 4,500 nits peak brightness, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and is protected by Corning Gorilla GlassVictus 2. The back is protected with Gorilla Glass 7i.

It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate 4nm processor, paired with 8GB or 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. It supports dual nano SIM cards and runs on Android 16 with HiOS 16.
