Abhishek B. joins Madison World as Vice President

Mumbai: Abhishek B. has joined Madison World as Vice President. He previously worked for JioStar as Senior Director, National Head Agency Partnerships - LTV. Announcing the move through a LinkedIn post, Abhishek described the transition as an opportunity to view the business from a new perspective after spending more than two decades working with brands from the publisher side of the industry.

"For the past 21 years, I've had the privilege of partnering with brands from the publisher's side of the business. It has been a journey of understanding how content inspires people, how media creates value by helping brands grow, and how enduring partnerships are built,"he wrote. Speaking about his new role at Madison World, he added that the move would allow him to better understand client challenges, connect capabilities across disciplines and co-create solutions focused on business outcomes. Reflecting on his professional journey, Abhishek highlighted two principles that have shaped his career: "Trust builds relationships" and "Relationships build long-term equity." He also noted that while every medium represents a path, business outcomes remain the destination, with perspective connecting the two.

Abhishek brings extensive experience across media, advertising and business development. Before joining Madison World, he held leadership roles at JioStar, Disney Star, ITW Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Bloomberg TV India, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times Group), ABP Pvt. Ltd., HT Media Ltd., Ushakiron Movies Ltd., and Ronak Advertising, building expertise in media sales, strategic partnerships and brand solutions. Describing the move as more than a change of employer, Abhishek said, "The biggest career moves aren't always about changing companies-they're about changing perspectives. Because when perspectives evolve, possibilities expand."
