Mumbai: HDFC Securities, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, has announced a comprehensive organizational restructuring aimed at strengthening its market position and accelerating its next phase of growth.
A Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience, Rathi has been with HDFC Securities since 2003 and most recently served as COO and Whole-time Director. Varun Lohchab has been appointed Chief Research Officer - Equities and will lead equity research across client segments. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and Delhi College of Engineering, Lohchab joined HDFC Securities in 2020 and previously held roles at Jefferies, Religare, CIMB, and Franklin Templeton. He earlier served as Head of Institutional Research.
Anand Mathur will assume additional responsibility for the Strategy portfolio alongside his current role as Chief Financial Officer. Mathur brings over 18 years of experience at HDFC Bank and joined HDFC Securities as CFO in March 2025.
