Shamima Pereira has joined as Business Head, while Sonia Kumar has been appointed AVP - Strategy & Brand Solutions Lead. These appointments align with tgthr.'s focus on scaling its integrated offering, bringing together creative, media, and production capabilities to deliver cohesive, outcome-driven solutions for brands. Shamima Pereira steps into the role of Business Head with over 14 years of experience across leading agencies such as FCB Ulka, Leo Burnett, Publicis, Scarecrow, and The Womb. She has managed a diverse portfolio of global and Indian brands including Amul, Indian Oil, Garnier Colour Naturals, NBA, Heineken, Cathay Pacific Airways, Reliance Jewels, Tourism Australia, Dinshaw's, Vicco, and Nilkamal.
