The title reveal and first glimpse announcement of director SS Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu's globetrotting film turned out to be a complete rollercoaster for the director and his team, as nothing went according to plan.
The attempt to bring a Hindi host and co-host alongside Suma didn't work at all, and the event was plagued with numerous technical glitches.
Rajamouli even struggled to display the Varanasi glimpse on the massive screen he had planned. He said that a few mischiefs, including drone leaks hours before the event, ruined the surprise.
Even the speeches, including Mahesh Babu failed to match the scale of the project. However, Rajamouli's explanation of the film's core plot, without revealing spoilers and linking it to the Ramayana, set the bar very high and promises a truly massive cinematic experience.
That said, the way the event was managed will likely haunt Rajamouli for some time. Accepting the chaos and mismanagement of such a grand event will surely be difficult for someone of his caliber.
