Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan is all set for a theatrical release on October 10th as a Pooja Holidays special. The pre-release trailer of this movie was released yesterday and looks like a plain trailer without any high moments.
Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan was directed by TJ Gnanavel, who got lots of recognition for his last movie, Jai Bhim. This movie has a bunch of star-studded actors from different industries, which includes Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, and many others. The songs and background scores of this movie were composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
'Jai Bhim' Director Disappoints With Trailer Cut
Still, only 7 days left before the release of this movie, but there isn't any hype for this movie as the team failed to create expectations among the audience.
In this scenario, the trailer of this movie, which was released yesterday, was too plain and failed to create high moments. Audiences after this trailer were responding that the trailer didn't create any hype and was too flat with usual Rajini mannerisms. Even Anirudh doesn't satisfy the audiences with his powerful background scores.
Sathyam Sundaram Collections: Tamil Satires
Some of the audiences mentioned that the trailer looked like a content-oriented movie, and previously, when these sorts of movies were done by Rajinikanth, such as Kaala and Kabali, it didn't meet expectations and ended up being average. It looks like Vettaiyan too may end up as an average one.
As of now, this movie doesn't have huge expectations. Let us see whether this movie surprises us after its release and becomes a blockbuster on October 10th.
